Residential Services

House washing, driveways, and full-exterior cleaning — done right.

We pair professional soft-wash methods with commercial-grade surface cleaners so every surface gets the right treatment. Your siding gets gentle. Your concrete gets aggressive. Your landscaping gets protected.

House Washing / Soft Washing

We use professional soft-wash methods — low pressure paired with safe cleaning solutions — to lift dirt, mildew, algae, and organic buildup off your home without damaging siding, paint, mortar, screens, or landscaping.

Driveway & Sidewalk Cleaning

Heavy-duty surface cleaners remove ground-in dirt, rust, oil, and algae from concrete, pavers, and stone. We finish every job with a post-treatment to slow regrowth so it stays clean longer.

Concrete Cleaning

Years of dirt, gum, oil drips, and algae get pulled out of the pores of the concrete with commercial surface cleaners. Brings back the original color of the concrete and dramatically improves curb appeal.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is soft washing?

Soft washing is a low-pressure cleaning method that pairs gentle water pressure with a cleaning solution. It kills algae, mildew, and bacteria at the root instead of just blasting it off the surface. The result lasts longer and is far safer for siding, paint, screens, and landscaping than high-pressure washing.

Will pressure washing damage my home?

Not when the right method is used. We choose pressure and detergent based on the surface — concrete and brick can handle more pressure, while siding, paint, soffits, and windows get soft-washed. Picking the right tool for each surface is the difference between a professional and a guy with a rented pressure washer.

How often should concrete be cleaned?

For most Houston-area homes, once a year keeps driveways and walkways looking fresh. North-facing concrete in shaded or humid areas may need it every 6 months because algae regrows faster. Commercial properties typically rotate quarterly.

Are you insured?

Yes — fully insured for residential and commercial work. We can send a certificate of insurance directly to your HOA or property manager on request.

Do you use bleach?

For algae, mildew, and mold we use a dilute sodium hypochlorite solution — the same active ingredient as household bleach, applied at a controlled concentration. It is the industry-standard soft-wash detergent. We rinse plants and pre-wet landscaping before and after to protect them.

Do I need to be home?

No. We just need water access (an exterior spigot) and a way to reach gates if you have a fenced yard. Most homeowners are not home when we work. We send before-and-after photos when we are done.

How long does a typical house wash take?

A single-story house wash is usually 1.5–3 hours. Two-story homes run 2.5–4 hours. Driveways and sidewalks add another 1–2 hours depending on size and condition.

What payment methods do you accept?

Zelle, check, ACH transfer, and cash. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing for commercial accounts.
